Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between allthatityoung (the Company) and users regarding the use of CondeNote service.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Service" refers to the AI-powered facial analysis service provided by the Company.

2. "User" refers to customers who use the Service in accordance with these terms.

3. "Content" refers to analysis results and recommendations provided through the Service.

Article 3 (Service Provision)

1. The Company provides the following services:

• AI facial analysis service
• Makeup and styling recommendations
• Other services determined by the Company

2. Service fee is $3.90 per analysis.

3. Credits are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Unused credits will expire after the validity period.

Article 4 (Payment)

1. Users must pay the fee determined by the Company when using the Service.

2. Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, and other methods determined by the Company.

3. Analysis fee: $3.90 per analysis (tax included)

Article 5 (Refund Policy)

1. Refund request before service use: Full refund

2. After analysis results are provided: No refund (due to digital content nature)

3. Service not provided due to system error: Full refund

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

1. This service is for entertainment purposes only and does not replace medical diagnosis or consultation.

2. Analysis results are for reference only, and the Company is not responsible for decisions made based on them.

Article 7 (Dispute Resolution)

In case of disputes arising from the use of the Service, the Company and the user shall resolve them through mutual consultation, and if consultation fails, may file a lawsuit with the competent court.
